How to apply for water service with Blue Ridge Rural Water for Owners

  1. Complete the Membership Agreement form if you have purchased the property and are the new owner needing water service.
  2. New owners will need to provide copy of proof of ownership of the property (Ex. Closing Statement, Property Tax bill, or Deed) with the Membership Agreement.
  3. The completed Membership Agreement forms and copy of proof of ownership can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the following:

  1. Membership Agreement forms will be processed by the next business day. Account and payment information will be provided to the customer upon completion of processing Membership Agreement.

 

How to apply for water service with Blue Ridge Rural Water for Renters

  1. Complete the Rental Agreement form if you are renting or leasing and needing water service.
  2. New renters will need to provide a copy of rental/lease agreement. If the tenant does not have a lease or rental agreement with his/hers landlord click below for the downloadable and printable form.
  3. The completed Rental Agreement forms and copy rental/lease agreement can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the following:

  1. Rental Agreement forms will be processed by the next business day and account and payment information will be provided to the customer upon completion of processing Rental Agreement.
  2. New Renters – Set up Charge is $75.00
