Flex Bill E-statements
To get started with Flex Bill e-statements, you will need your Registration ID number found on the most recent printed statement. Below is a sample bill showing where the the Registration ID is located. With the registration ID number, you will need to create a user name and password by visiting www.brrwcestatements.com by clicking the button below. Once your account has been created you will begin being notified via email when you have statements available for viewing.
